The AH girls junior high softball team defeated Northeast Intermediate school 11-0. Triples hit by Colleen Cole, Tawni Coronel, and Bryn Hughes led the 14 hit assault by the Lady Comets. Kayla Clark hit a walk off home run to end the game in fifth inning by the 10 run rule. Megan Heard chipped in with 3 hits while Coronel and Hughes had two hits each. The Lady Comets defense was led by Megan Heard, Paige Sandy, and Margarette Phillips. Avery Fiorillo and Grace Lorah combined to toss a 1 hitter with 6 strikeouts.
