AH 9           Dunmore 10

The Abington Heights junior high softball team suffered their second loss of the season in a hard fought game 10-9 to Dunmore. The Lady Comets battled back from a 7-0 deficit led by home runs hit by Bryn Stiles and Megan Heard. Riley Dempsey tripled and knocked in two runs, Avery Fiorillo and Lauryn Notari chipped in with two hits each. Stiles smoked a double and finished with 3 RBI’s. The defense was led by Megan Heard, Margarette Phillips and Riley Dempsey. Avery Fiorillo took the loss on the mound for the Lady Comets.
