AH 18     North Pocono 8

The AH Girls Jr High Softball Team defeated North Pocono 18-8. The Lady Comets belted out 16 hits and played excellent defense. Bryn Lindsay and Paige Walsh doubled, Lauryn Notari cracked a home run, and Tawni Coronel belted a triple. Megan Herd, Riley Dempsey, Colleen Cole and Lauryn Notari had two hits each. The defense was led by Colleen Cole, Bryn Lindsay, and Tawni Coronel. Pitchers Avery Fiorillo and Grace Lorah combined to limit the North Pocono offense to 7 hits. Avery Fiorillo picked up her second win for the Lady Comets.
