AH 18     Minersville 1

The AH Girls Jr High Softball team opened the 2018 season by defeating Minersville 18-1. The Lady Comets banged out 14 hits including home runs from Megan Heard and Lauryn Notari. Paige Walsh doubled, Renee McDonald had two hits, and Lauryn Notari tripled and had 6 RBI’s to led the offense. Megan Heard and Tawni Coronel stole two bases each. Marley Sarafinko sparked the Lady Comets defense while the pitching of Avery Fiorillo, Grace Lorah, Paige Walsh, and Sophia Cody limited Minersville to three hits.
